Mission:
A better health for mothers and children.
Vision:
- To advocate the use of the Maternal and Child Health Handbook as part of national MCH programs to strengthen the country’s health care system
- To improve the capacity for the Handbook, and to support its networking and collaborative activities
- To promote and enhance the collaborative and multicentre research for the MCH Handbook
- To act as a consultative body in the promotion of the MCH Handbook.
Activities:
- Organising bi-annual international scientific Handbook meetings
- Providing technical support for the implementation capacity of Handbook building programs
- Facilitating collaborative and multicentre Handbook research
- Acting as resources for the development of national MCH Handbook programs
